Return Policy
Timeframe:
Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, the mirror must be in its original condition and packaging. Mirrors with any signs of use or damage may not be accepted.
Initiating a Return:

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the mirror is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Exclusions:
Mirrors purchased during promotional events or sales are final and may not be eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your mirror arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us at XOChapters@Gmail.com immediately with photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem promptly.
Refund Timeframe:
Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item is received.
